Jeannie Timmons (ABR) is a native Tennessean and has served the Middle Tennesseejeannie_timmons_headshot[1] (medium).jpg community in real estate since 2000.  She is an active member of the Real Estate Investors of Nashville, TN (REIN), and has been an active investor since 2004.  She skyrocketed her real estate career right out of the gates, being named Rookie of the Year in 2000.  

Jeannie has extensive experience in negotiating with banks and financial institutions, and specializes in short sales.  She works with sellers in helping them negotiate financial losses to banks in selling properties that would normally end in foreclosure.  She also has experience in helping remove IRS liens and Jr. liens on properties to receive clear title.

Jeannie also exudes patience in her expertise, as she is helpful in working with listing agents in presenting her client's offers on properties to respective banks.  She helps clients understand the process of a short sale, and expedites the closing through relationships she has built with banks.

Her talents are not limited to short sales, as Jeannie has helped builders settle their lot loans for up to 66% principal reductions from the original price, with some builders being able to retain their lots.  Jeannie also works with builders on short sales of their current inventory, releasing them from financial hardship and responsibility.

Jeannie's track record through July 2009 shows a an impressive 92% success rate in closings of short sales; the national average being 25%.  She has saved her clients over $1.7 MILLION dollars in the first seven months of 2009.
Jeannie is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors and the Williamson County Association of Realtors.  She holds designation as an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR).  Jeannie is a RE/MAX International 100% Club member.  She is the Founder and former President of the Crossroads Chapter of BNI, and is the Membership Chairman of the Middle Tennessee LeTip networking group.

In her spare time, she spends time with her two beautiful children at her Franklin, TN residence.  She is an active member at Grace Chapel Church.
