A Nashville doctor whose medical license was reinstated after a double murder conviction lost a court battle Wednesday to try to reopen his practice after a second run-in with the law.

One of the oldest and longest-running music festivals is headed to Music City. Nashville will be the host city for the National Folk Festival for 2011 through 2013.
